Has this happened to you?
You arrive at your timeshare resort for a much needed vacation and you find the resort in disarray. Your room smells like smoke and dogs, appliances are broken, and the place is a mess. Looking out the back window at the pool you see the pool is an unusual shade of green and is not fit to use. Your calls to the front desk are met with excuses and you are about to explode! What were those maintenance fees for? Maybe maintenance?!?!
And about those maintenance fees. No one told me they would skyrocket like the space shuttle. I’m paying nearly $1,000 a year now – and for this aggravation?
The building next door still hasn’t recovered from the hurricane several years ago. It is still boarded up and looks like it needs a bulldozer to take it down. It is an unsightly mess, attracting rats, garbage, and vandals.
I need to dump this stupid timeshare like the dump it has turned into.
